I use design to solve complex problems with empathy. As the Senior Designer at the Mass General Brigham Springboard Studio, I lead the design of healthcare solutions, conduct user research with diverse stakeholders, and make design more accessible in the healthcare setting. Prior to this work, I worked as an editorial graphic designer for books and magazines.

I received my Master’s in Industrial Design (MID) from Rhode Island School of Design where I received a MID Thesis Award for my graduate work, titled “Beacon Public Library,” and the Rachel Carson Environmental Award for leadership in addressing environmental concerns and social issues through an industrial design context by the RISD MID department. I received my Bachelor’s in International Relations and Visual Arts from Brown University.

Past design research has focused on: patient mobility in an inpatient setting, health plan services, the future of food, climate change, civic engagement, and social infrastructure.

Freelance clients have included: Simon & Schuster/Adams Media, Human Security, American Modern Opera Company (AMOC*)Continual, and Curiosity & Co.
